Transportation Alert
Once the event starts at 2:00 PM, parking is next to impossible.
Lots fill up hours in advance. Be parked well before 2 PM — or don't drive at all.
💰 Last year, nearby lots charged $50+ to park — lots further out were significantly cheaper.
- •Parking is extremely limited downtown.
- •Expect heavy traffic and road closures around the venue.
- •If you must drive, arrive VERY early (before noon is safest).

- P North lot — Park West Metromover Station area, NE 10th–11th St, west of Biscayne.
- P Central lot — NE 8th St near CitizensM / CVS, west of Biscayne. Closest to the main entrance.
- P East lot — Bayshore Dr near Kaseya Center, east of Biscayne.

Check-In Process
Arrival by shift
Arrive by 11:00 AM.
Parking should still be manageable before the crowd builds.
Build in extra time.
Traffic and parking become brutal as 2 PM nears — rideshare if you can.
- ●Report to the vendor entrance at your assigned time.
- ●Text Trevor a photo of the tent as soon as you arrive — this is your official check-in.
- ●Late arrivals without notice may be sent home.
Uniform & Dress Code
- ●Company t-shirts provided on arrival.
- ●Come dressed in sweat-proof, moisture-wicking clothing (Dri-Fit, polyester blends).
- ●Avoid 100% cotton — it holds sweat and gets heavy in the heat.
- ●Closed-toe, comfortable shoes for 10+ hours standing.
- ●Hair tied back, headband required.
- ●NO jewelry.
- ●Bring your own personal water bottle. Water is still provided on site.
T-Shirt Return
- ●Company t-shirts MUST be returned at end of night to receive payment.
- ●Return shirt directly to Trevor during checkout.
Check-Out Process
- ●Breakdown begins at event close — all hands on deck.
- ●Pack your assigned area, wipe down stations, load the truck.
- ●Return company t-shirt to Trevor.
